How I Work
Principles I hold myself to.
Not aspirations — habits from shipping real client work and breaking things in security labs.
Measure, then change
Decide what the numbers should be before touching anything, capture them, then diff. "It looks fine" is not verification.
Say what is true
No invented metrics, no borrowed credentials. If a number is not measured, it does not go on the page.
Finish and hand over
A project is not done when it works, it is done when someone else can run it without me.
Publish while it is rough
Notes get better in the open. Hiding drafts is how they die.
